Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. What is functional wellness coaching?

Functional wellness coaching focuses on identifying root contributors to imbalance through nutrition, lifestyle strategy, stress regulation, and education. It is designed to support whole-body balance and informed decision-making.

2. Do you diagnose or treat medical conditions?

No. Services are educational and supportive in nature. I do not diagnose, prescribe, or provide medical treatment. Coaching complements, but does not replace, care from a licensed medical provider.

3. Do you offer lab testing?

Functional lab education and review may be incorporated into programs when appropriate. Labs are ordered through third-party platforms and are optional. All lab interpretation is educational in nature.

4. Are supplements included in your programs?

Supplements are not automatically included. Recommendations are personalized and optional. Clients purchase supplements directly through professional-grade platforms when applicable.

5. How long does it take to see results?

Every individual is different. Many clients begin noticing improvements within 4–8 weeks when they follow their personalized plan consistently. Sustainable results typically require 3–6 months of structured support.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Structured monthly payment options are available for multi-month programs. Financial assistance or scholarship options may be available through Tell Tab Foundation when applicable.

7. Do you accept insurance?

No. Services are private pay only.

8. Who do you work with?

I primarily support high-capacity women experiencing stress-driven metabolic, hormonal, and digestive imbalances who are ready to take a structured, root-focused approach to their health.
